Auto injection garment/hoodies rubber coated cap cord

With time by, u will find lots work are instead by machine, for our garment accessories industry, it is a complex work, as there are lots different kinds labels,cords,tapes and so on, and it is very difficult for staff to well handle or for workers to do it.

Since COVID 19 started, lots thing changed, for labels factory we are much more difficult than before, for TK to say, it is same situation, and during this time, we do lots thing as last news we wrote, during this time, we develop injection puller machine, and it well instead hand work and lots factories use it.

And recently we develop another new kind machine to instead hand working, see below photos, it is hoodies cap cord, everbefore, we work like this:

1 cut cord or tape: people need cut cord first by hand

2 Put cord into mould

3 Heat press with injection machine

4 Cut extra rubber and keep what we need

5 QC

Now:

Put cord on machine+put rubber material into machine too=final finish products

And one person can watch several machines
